We believe nutrition and sound biology are the foundation for a healthy life, so we offer nutrition coaching to our community.
You really are what and how you eat so we approach nutrition from a cellular and macro level for your body.
Our primary goals are to reduce inflammation throughout your body and to build metabolic flexibility. We accomplish these primary goals with a 2 step process which will constantly evolves with you during your journey.
Focus one is cleaning up your food intake with education and support to guide you along this path.
Focus two is guided and supported intermittent fasting to build metabolic flexibility. We accomplish this with a more advanced approach to fasting which not only includes going without food for periods of time but also shifting the type of diet through a fasting period.
We do not offer cookie cutter meal plans, we tailor your personal plan according to your needs.
Unfortunately society has made food an incredibly complex part of our lives, but the good news is it can be simple and fun while bringing you the healing that you need! Before we go too far let me put you at ease, clean and healthy eating can and will taste great, so fear not!
Each nutrition personal coaching session will zero in on one issue to simplify clean and healthy eating that will help you on your fitness journey.
It has been our experience that this process of addressing one issue at a time makes it easier to remodel your nutritional life.
We also know that fasting requires a community of support to be successful so in addition to your weekly sessions we are available throughout your fasts to offer guidance and support.
