Sauna - 12min
Cold Plunge - 2min **ALL CLIENTS MUST SHOWER BEFORE ENTERING THE TUB
Sauna - 6min
Recover Slowly - 10min

Prepare for a rejuvenating experience as you step into a cold plunge and sauna session. Here's what you might want to consider bringing:

- swimwear or appropriate clothing

- water bottle: note we do not recommend bringing your water bottle into the sauna

- an open mind

- all clients MUST rinse in the shower before entering the cold plunge tub

- Please ensure to arrive at least 10 minutes early. Your time begins promptly at the scheduled time of booking.
