The Muvement Pros starter session is a 25 -minute session that provides relief & relaxation to individuals with soft tissue injuries through a specialized technique that uses PNF stretching and Compression Band Therapy. Each session can be customized to each customers wants and needs such as Neck & Shoulder, Wrist & Elbow, Hips & Knees and Feet & Ankle.
