- In this 90min, we will have an in-depth discussion about your goals, injuries, struggles, and do any assessments needed to see where you are now.

- The assessments may include Neurokinetic Therapy, Movement Screening, Exercise, Stretching, Bodywork, Cupping, Gua Sha, etc. 

- In Most Cases, there should be some immediate feedback of either pain relief or freedom of movement, better access to muscle activation, etc. 

- If the results are positive, then we can come up with a longer-term strategy to help you progress along with your health and fitness goals.
