We have your back from day one - or your hip, shoulder, knees, or whatever else is ailing you.  An assessment and session with our Registered Kinesiologist could be your first step to getting back to doing what you love to do. We’re here to help you take your rehabilitation into your own hands by teaching you how to decrease your pain, improve your range of movement, strength and most importantly, help you get back to doing the things that you love. The assessment will be 45-60 minutes in length.
