With over 30 years of player development experience, NOTHING serves the player better than sharing together a 1 on 1 LESSON!  It's my job as a teacher-trainer-coach, to identify what is the player's natural athletic disposition (how is the player WIRED to MOVE and how is the player WIRED to THINK).

Once this is identified we can begin to teach the player the 'rules' of the movement patterns that fit them.  This applies to hitting, pitching, fielding, and throwing patterns. Having a database and the knowledge of over 384 hitting variations, and multiple pitching model variations lends itself to the maturation process of player development. (Meaning, they develop faster).
Understanding, that ONE SIZE doesn't fit ALL gives a player the opportunity to discover their true talent.
