Come and join the benefits of Pilates with a Full Comprehensive Instructor. They will take you through a full comprehensive program developed over the entire package. With a minimum of 500 basic movements patterns at their finger tips, you will find a very engaged, exciting Pilates sessions. No extensive rehabilitation needs will be addressed in these sessions. If you have chronic pain or an injury you are dealing with, it is recommended to do a package of Rehabilitation Sessions first before proceeding with this package. No handouts or Videos are included unless added on. Can be done in studio or virtually.
