What Does a session look like?

I come with a connection to pure Light + Source + Love. I allow this healing energy to flow through me.  I take time to listen to your body communicate with me on where to put my awareness and focus. I notice what feels heavy, stuck, blocked, warped, sticky, and all sorts of other descriptive words and cleanse them from your energy system.  I can only see what you're ready and willing to energetically show me and work with.

Because our thoughts, emotions, spirituality, and physical-ness are all so interconnected, what you thought was a physical symptom from something else, might have been an energetic block (and vice versa). So, I encourage you to come with an “open mind” and be willing to allow what needs to arise to happen. Whatever has brought you here to even curiously read more about this session, is a nudge to explore more.

You don't need to “do” anything. Simply set aside this time as you would as yoga class. Wear comfortable clothes + sit or lie down depending on what's comfortable for you. We will start with a short discussion on what you're intention is for the session and we'll begin. 

What You Might Experience

Most people experience a calm, peace, and presence after a session. And others feel rejuvenated, joyful, and even enlivened. You might feel more purpose, passion, bliss, or just enjoy a deep sleep.

Your intention and my awareness will wrap love around you and listen to what your body and energy system is needing the most attention at that moment and bring it back into harmony.
