An Ayurvedic consultation is a truly holistic and personalized approach to your health care needs. It’s both supportive in helping unwind the current state of imbalances (symptoms) as well as providing practical tools and rituals of how to maintain a state of balance and harmony in all levels of your being, body-mind/emotions and spirit.
 
During an Initial Consultation, Jill will collect detailed information. This gives her a full picture of who you are and how you got to where you are now. She will listen and learn about your health goals and create a unique plan of support for you to come back to and maintain a sense of harmony and peace in your health and well-being.
 
This Initial Consultation is the beginning step to support you at every level. Because Ayurveda is not a “one-stop-shop” and our approach is from so many perspectives, we will meet every 2-3 weeks. This offers you the deepest, most complete and comprehensive support.
 
It also will allow the time needed to unwind imbalances and integrate practices. However, the length of time we work together is also dependent on how deep the imbalances have manifested into your tissues.
 
During your 5 sessions, we will uncover the root causes of the current state of health and create a plan to bring ease and health back to you at every level. Some areas where recommendations will be made for shifting and changing are, but not limited to, nutrition, lifestyle practices, mental/emotional states, movement, home space, career, relationships and life purpose.
 
Jill's commitment to you is to hold space for you to heal you, encourage awareness of self, of habits and patterns and to provide recommendations unique to you so balance is re-established at every level, body-mind/emotions, and spirit.

After our sessions, we can decide how to move forward together. Many times clients want to meet on a seasonal basis, when an imbalance presents itself, or as often as you would like.
 
 
How it works:
1. Intake Form – Fill out the intake form as elaborate as you can and please submit 48 hours before our scheduled initial consultation.
 
2. Assessment – This includes a determination of your basic Ayurvedic constitution and your current condition and imbalances, a discussion of your concerns and reason for your visit, and jointly exploring your health history and past treatment results.
 
3. Findings – Jill will analyze the assessment results and compile information to be reviewed with you to be used in a collaborative process to plan your health improvement program.
 
4. Recommendations – The practitioner will offer recommendations based on your health concerns and goals, your current condition, and what the practitioner thinks is best for you. This is tailored to your unique needs with the intention of assisting you to shift from your current state of imbalance toward your optimum balance. This may include information and instruction on diet and eating habits, lifestyle, yoga, exercise, meditation, breathing practices, and other health improvement practices, as appropriate. Then together, you and Jill will establish a workable program you can implement to achieve your short-term and long-term health improvement goals.
 
What Will Receive:
1. 5 one-on-one sessions - every 2-3 weeks
     - One1 90-120 minute session for initial consultation
     - Four 60-minute sessions for follow-up consultations
2. Your Ayurveda Blueprint – doshic constitution + elemental properties
3. Customized Ayurvedic and lifestyle recommendations
     - 3-5 protocols each session
     - Yoga, Meditation, Breath work, Aromatherapy, Sound Healing, Chakra Focus, Self-Massage, Diet, Lifestyle Patterns
4. Energy Healing {Reiki} within each session
5. Weekly & ongoing e-mail support in between sessions
