The Adaptive Bodywork 12-Series is our premium product. If you are serious about moving or performing with more ease, grace or style, this series is for you. In 12 sessions we will comb through multiple fascial planes and introduce helpful ideas to your “neuro-myofascial-net.” During this series we can really take our time; explore your relationship with gravity; experiment with new motor patterns and fine tune your body image. Each session lasts about and hour and 1/2 and ends with gentle balancing work.
