Local Cryotherapy applications, or “Spot Treatments”, are used to reduce pain, inflammation, and swelling in targeted areas. A single localized treatment will last 10-12 minutes, and can be applied to almost any area of the body.
Clients frequently combine Local Cryotherapy with Whole Body Cryotherapy to treat problem areas. Temperatures get as low as -30 degrees Fahrenheit.
