Integrated Energy Work uses a combination of energy modalities which can include Healing Touch, Reiki, and other energy modalities. This work is typically done in person.  Some signs you may need this type of work: feeling tired all the time, chronic pain, emotional overwhelm, inability to focus, feeling down or depressed.

Distance Energy Healing is a perfect selection for anyone who needs healing and can't attend in-person. At the time of your appointment, your practitioner will contact you via phone or Zoom (your preference) to discuss your goals for your Energy Healing session. You are then free to disconnect the call and lay down, sit down or go about your day as the practitioner conducts your session. At the conclusion of your session, your practitioner will call you to debrief you with findings and to answer any questions.
