Life/Spiritual Coaching at ZenSpot is a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires clients to maximize their personal, professional and/or spiritual potential. The coaching process helps clients both define and achieve major goal areas and with more ease than would be possible otherwise. The role of the coach is as a partner in this exploratory process.
Life/Spiritual Coaching is not psychotherapy. Rather it focuses on moving clients forward on their life-path based on where they are today. Life/Spiritual Coaching has a different approach to working with clients then traditional psychotherapy and also does not prescribe medication.

A Life/Spiritual Coaching session is an exploratory journey that examines the whole self through a series of open-ended questions by the coach. This process allows the client to create a roadmap for success and vitality in all areas of life. It is based on the premise that the client has all of the tools he/she needs to make appropriate and fulfilling life decisions in order to live optimally. Each session will assist the client in getting closer to the life he/she wants to lead.

Like most things, the amount of sessions depends on each individual client.
