Private Classes are a great way to introduce something new to your school group, host a unique and fun birthday party, or have fun with your friends. We have hosted many different schools, teams, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, and more for yoga, aerial yoga and barre. If you have a group you would like to bring in for a class at Flex don’t hesitate to ask. Scheduling is dependent on studio and instructor availability. Private Classes are generally scheduled for 60 min.

Want a one-stop-shop for your party? You can rent the studio space for additional time for things like cake, gifts, or a meeting. We have some tables and chairs, lots of bolsters for floor seating, and you are welcome to bring your own decorations. Additional room rental is $50/hour. Room rental is for additional time after your class.
