Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD)

Manual Lymph Drainage is a light, gentle, rhythmic type of massage that has many diverse applications. It is an effective tool for addressing migraines, sports injuries, scar tissue, sinus congestion, mood regulation, acne, pre- and post-operative care, arthritis, and prenatal water retention to name some appropriate uses.

MLD helps the body recover faster by stimulating lymph flow and drainage mechanisms, assisting the body in the removal of inflammatory products in the tissue, and supporting the immune function of the lymph nodes.
