Cozy, private and relaxing, our Infrared Sauna space has been created for you to let go and unplug from the busy-ness of life.To get ready for your sauna session remember one thing: HYDRATE! Before, during and after.You bring: your reusuable water bottle and what you'd like to wear while you sauna.  Many folks enjoy sitting in the nude, but loose clothing or your swimsuit is great too.  Whatever brings you comfort.We provide: towels, water, post-sauna body wash (if you please) and Love.If this is your first sauna session, we recommend starting with a 25 minute session, progressing over time to 45 minutes. After your session is over, feel free to use our rainfall shower or Ukrianian cold water bucket to refresh & cool down.  We've set aside 15 minutes post-sauna for you to slowly recalibrate and come back to ~the real world~ at your own pace.Come as you are.  We are so happy you are here.
