When you step into a cryosauna it is a single person device, which operates at a temperature of -190 to -256 degrees Fahrenheit. While the session is very brief (1-3 minutes), the benefits remain long after the treatment is over.

Late Cancellation, Late Arrival and No Show policy.
 
In our mission to continually offer our clients the best experience, we adhere to a strict 1 hour cancellation policy. If a client books an appointment and fails to cancel an hour before, does not show up for the appointment or arrives more than 15 minutes late, the client forfeits the membership or package session. If a client is not a member or package holder or has a membership with unlimited sessions, they will be charged a $15 late cancelation fee.
