Semi-Private Pilates appointments are a Pilates appointments hour that consists of 1-3 additional clients.  Unlike Reformer classes, where the attendees are all doing the same sequence at the same time, Semi-private practitioners are still navigated through a Pilates system that is unique to them.  Although you are sharing the hour with others, you are still given a specific program with attention to details specific to your own Pilates journey.  Clients may ask their Pilates Instructor if they feel you are ready to join this hour. Virtual Clients with their own reformers at home, should be familiar with equipment protocol, safety and equipment set-up of most exercises in their current program.
It is NOT essential that you have your own reformer.  If you have other equipment like: a small ball, magic circle, small loop theraband, a wall, or handrail...we can get create and still offer you a well rounded semi-private workout!  Email us if you have questions.
