Semi-Private Pilates appointments are a Pilates appointments hour that consists of 1-3 additional clients.  Unlike Reformer classes, where the attendees are all doing the same sequence at the same time, Semi-private practitioners are still navigated through a Pilates system that is unique to them.  Although you are sharing the hour with others, you are still given a specific program with attention to details specific to your own Pilates journey.  Clients may ask their Pilates Instructor if they feel you are ready to join this hour.  Clients should be familiar with equipment protocol, safety and equipment set-up of most exercises in their current program.  This purchase expires in 3 months.  All pilates appointments require a 24 hour cancellation notice in order to avoid full value loss of appointment.
