Description
Dynamic Human Performance’s small-group sport specific training will consist of a combination of strength and conditioning exercises including, but not limited to: weightlifting, plyometrics, and bodyweight exercises. It will also incorporate sport specific drills, exercises, and body movements that focus on developing speed, agility, and coordination. DHP sessions are not only geared towards helping our athletes grow physically, but also mentally. Mental strength training is also a key factor in our sessions. Each session will be tailored to the needs of ALL of the athletes within the group, ensuring that they are receiving the most effective workout possible to help each athlete in the group reach their full potential. Small group workouts will be limited to 4 athletes per group.
