You will receive Ten 30-Minute 1-on-1 Personal Boxing + Strength Training Sessions.  We will teach you the proper way to perform each exercise movement in your routine.  The coaches will demonstrate the movement and watch you perform it so they can correct any issues with your posture or technique.  Boxing gloves are required for all workouts.  Registration is required.
