This package contains three of our Adult Learn-to-Swim Lessons.

Our Adult Learn-to-Swim Lessons are 45 minutes long and come with video analysis as well as use of our under and above water mirrors that make for improved body awareness & faster self corrections. These lessons are for Adults learning to swim for the first time, looking to learn water safety skills before a trip or vacation, or someone who hasn't taken lessons in 5+ years who's looking to learn from scratch. Videos from your lesson can be sent to you free of any additional charge - just make sure to ask your instructor!
