This packages contains five of our Adult Swim Lessons.

Our Adult Swim Lessons are 45 minutes long and come with video analysis as well as use of our under/above water mirrors that make for improved body awareness & faster self corrections. Our Swim Lessons are meant for anyone who already knows how to swim and is looking to work on their technique, speed, efficiency, power, and overall injury prevention so that you know you’re swimming as safely as possible.
