A comprehensive physical therapy involves a thorough orthopedic examination of your hips, spine, and body mechanics, as well as an external and internal pelvic floor muscle evaluation to our client’s comfort level. From our findings we will discuss a plan of care with our clients which may involve lifestyle changes, exercise instruction, and manual (hands on) treatment from your physical therapist.
