First you get into the sauna for 15 min and use the Max Recovery Deep Cleaning spray which heats the body better than a massage therapist can while the spray dilates vessels and begins to relax and clean muscles. Then you get on a massage table where we put NormaTec compression boots on so they squish out metabolic waste, while we simultaneously work the upper body.
