You get one 90-minute session of our Stretch n' Release technique which includes the combination of neuromuscular massage and stretching. This is an incredible pain relief session. You will remain clothed during the session. Be sure to wear loose-fitting clothes to move around in. You will be emailed the videos of the stretches we taught you and given a yoga strap to use at home.
