You get one 60 minute session of our stretch n' Release Technique which is a combination of massage and stretching.  if you are dealing with any pain, this is the ultimate pain relief session. You will remain clothed throughout the session. You will be emailed videos of the stretches that were taught during the session and you will get a yoga strap to help you do the stretches at home.
