For this reason we offer both a 15 minute free consult as well this introductory trial 90 minute private session. Services available are Thai Yoga Massage, private yoga, yoga therapy, 1:1 personal movement training, or therapeutic pilates at Even Keel, Rockland. Please note that this session will start with a brief pain and mobility assessment.
