For this reason we offer both a 15 minute free consult as well this introductory trial private session good for a 60 minute private yoga, yoga therapy, 1:1 personal movement training, therapeutic pilates, or Thai yoga massage session at Even Keel, Rockland. Please note that this session will start with a brief pain and mobility assessment.
