Reiki is a “light touch” or “no touch” practice that supports deep relaxation and energy balance. After a session, many people report feeling happier, calmer, or peaceful. This sense of general well-being can help increase energy levels and promote healing. Reiki works well as a supportive practice to other healing modalities.

Each 60 minute session is unique, based on your needs and energy, but usually includes 45 minutes of reiki and a few minutes of check in time before and after the energy session.
