This is a basic personal training membership to help with the maintenance of the training area keeping it private for trainers and their clients.  It also gives the member access to a 30% discount of any drop in group fitness class as well as 20% off individual sauna sessions. To stay active with this membership you must workout with one of our personal trainers at least 2x per week.
