Apparatus Classes are group classes for clients of all levels. Beginner, intermediate and advanced students will all be challenged. We require that clients with no Pilates experience begin with our 3 Private introductory package before joining a group class.

Our Reformer Class is limited to 4 people with the entirety of the class being taught on the reformer.

Our Springboard Class is limited to 6 people. In addition to the springboard, this class may also incorporate Pilates props, balls and foam rollers for an overall balanced workout.
