At that time the package activates for 30 days.CRF client agrees to a recurring payment of $275 each month for a total of 6 months.The Auto-renew contract can be terminated if unforeseen injury occurs. A doctor's note is required for termination.CRF management has the right to assess each case and will have final verdict on termination of agreement.It is the CRF clients' responsibility to inform Core Rhythm Fitness of any payment information updates. There will be a $50 penalty charge for auto-payment processing that is declined due to expired payment information.By agreeing to the terms above, you agree to all other Core Rhythm Fitness Policies.
