Our BIG for LIFE® classes are virtual online group exercise classes for people who have already completed all 16 sessions of the full LSVT BIG® treatment programs. The classes are led by physical or occupational therapy professionals who are LSVT BIG Certified and who have had additional training to coach BIG for LIFE exercise classes.
These classes incorporate LSVT BIG daily exercises, but they are so much more than just exercise! They focus on bringing your bigger movements into the real-world. The virtual interactive format allows you to work on your skills with people from across the country and around the world. BIG for LIFE classes will include practicing movements such as those related to gardening, dressing, and more! You can also provide suggestions for activities you would like in your classes.
