Join Ava at Arise Yoga in Oakland for this gentle celebration and quiet ceremony to welcome the turning season and the shortening days. Wind down from the heights of summer while unwinding the great holding places of hips, heart, neck and jaw. With a focus on release work and nourishing joints with restorative yin postures, this tranquil evening practice will support us in welcoming change and settling into the flavors and feelings of fall. Participants will be invited to bring an organic/ biodegradable offering for our class altar and prayer bundle.
