Join us for our second Ashtanga Yoga Retreat, taking place at the beautiful mountains around Mount Shasta, CA. This sadhana (practice) immersive weekend offers students of all levels a chance to deepen their practice in a peaceful, nature-filled setting. Surrounded by lush forests and tranquil lakes, you’ll experience Mysore and guided Ashtanga sessions, pranayama, meditation, restorative practices and workshops. Enjoy nourishing meals, community bonding, and time to reconnect with yourself away from the hustle of daily life.

Cancelations and refunds:
- Reserve your spot deposit: NON REFUNDABLE
- Cancellations made at least 45 days before the starting day, will receive a refund of 50%.
- Cancellations made less than 45 days before the starting day, will not receive a refund.
