This 4-week Basics Series will answer your questions, help you learn about different types of yoga classes offered at Flow Motion, how to use yoga props that are found in the classroom, learn how to modify common yoga poses, and lots more!
The series is 4 weeks long and each workshop in the series is 1.5 hours long. Sign-up is for the entire series (sorry no drop-ins, credits, or refunds). Bonus: meet new people just joining the Flow Motion community who are also beginning their yoga practice or brushing up on their yoga skills! It's a great way to see familiar faces in the classes you'll take later.
