Terms and Agreement of the Weekly Yogi Discount Membership

General Terms: This is a 60-day commitment. You agree to pay $22.00 via credit card  for minimum of 2 months of this contract.  After the 2month commitment is reached, your account automatically renews on a week-to-week basis at $22.00 each week unless a 10 day notice is given to cancel the account.  Early cancellation results in $22/week fee until your 2 month obligation is reached plus $25 admin fee.

Regular Classes Only: Your pass is good for all our regular classes (which is 95% of our classes). Excludes anything with the word Series in the title/description, Tai Chi, 2.25 Restorative, 2-Hour Yin (but this gives you a discount on the 2 Hour Yin), Drum Circles, Sound Journey.  

Locks Your Price in! This program may rise in price in the future, you are grandfathered in at this price.

Default and Late Payments: A default occurs when any payment due under this agreement is more than 3 days late. Should a weekly payment become more than 3 days late, you will be charged a late fee of $25 automatically and the contract is deemed as broken by student and remainder of 2 month initial commitment (if still in its 2 months) will be charged  and is collectible in full. An additional service fee will be assessed for any payment returned for insufficient funds or any other reason. That cost is the cost passed on to us by our merchant processor. These fees will be charged to your credit card on file. 

Notifications:

For changes to bank/credit card account the member must notify us at least 48 hours prior to the next scheduled auto-pay. This can be done at the studio or via email or phone call. 
For cancellation of your membership you must notify us via email within 10 days of next auto renewal. No cancellations can be honored during the first 2 months

Clearly indicate “Membership Change,”  or “Membership Cancellation,” as subject heading of email to our studio email on our Contact page. In turn, Grounded by Yoga will send a confirmation via email after the changes have been made to the account.

Miscellaneous: Class schedule is subject to change without notice or close due to winter storms, holidays, teacher changes. Grounded by Yoga is not responsible for acts of God, pandemics, uncontrollable changes. We shall provide an online platform for as many classes as we can should we need to. Your pass is good for either location. Memberships cannot be refunded, transferred, exchanged, shared or early cancelled. If you encounter an injury, that’s what Yoga is for and GBY is a traditional studio. We can guide you to the appropriate class and/or teacher.  You may come to more than one class per day as of 9/1/18 (we improved our services to you.
