Welcome to our Vibrant Community!

Our facilities are shared and co-ed. Communal Sauna and Semi-private Cold Plunge tub sessions are 30 minutes, with unlimited Sauna and Cold Plunge use. You can go back and forth as many times as you'd like within the duration of your appointment.

Guided Breathwork is included but optional. We offer small group guided breathwork (10-15 minute) sessions multiple times per day. Requires booking, please see our Breathwork class schedule for availability.

** Don't forget your swimwear! We provide water, yoga mats, blankets, towels and rinsing showers for your use.

Wanna plunge with a friend? We have 2 cold plunges per room, making our friendly community setting perfect for pairs!  Each individual requires a separate booking.
