Guided Breathwork + Sauna, & Cold Plunge.

Small group sessions. Communal Traditional Sauna & Semi Private Cold Tubs.

Guided Breathwork (10-15 minutes) is included but optional. We offer small group sessions multiple times a day M-F and Saturday mornings.

Sauna and Cold Plunge tub sessions are 30 minutes, with unlimited Sauna and Plunge use. You can go between the two as many times as you'd like. Total time including breathwork is about 45 minutes.

• Don't forget your swimwear! We provide water, yoga mats, blankets, towels and rinsing showers for your use.

** Parent or Guardian required to be present at all times for minors.
