The Foundation Membership at JH Fitness Academy allows clients to attend one class per week, (excludes the Transformation membership).
If a client misses a class, they can use it in the following week, providing flexibility and ensuring they get the most out of their membership. It is important to note that the Foundation Membership is a 12-month contract that automatically renews unless canceled.
