Membership Perks and Policies:

One-time Freeze Option: If an injury prevents you from attending, you can pause your membership once for up to three months. A doctor's note is required for verification. No additional freezes are permitted.

Automatic Renewal: Your membership will renew after 12 months, locking in your current annual rate. To prevent auto-renewal, cancel online before your next billing date. Please note, this membership is non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be canceled early.

Self-Care and Safety First: As with all fitness activities, participate at your own risk. Vertica Fitness is committed to supporting your journey while empowering you to challenge yourself in a safe and welcoming setting.

Class Attendance Policy:

For any class you cannot attend, simply cancel at least 12 hours prior. If you miss this window or do not show up, a $15 fee will be applied to your account. In the event of an emergency, send a quick text to us at 520-216-7651, and we’ll assist as best as we can.
