HP Dev Program is 3 sessions per week (2 hours per session).

Training times/days: Sun 3-6pm/Mon 730-10pm/Wed 730-10pm

This is the most comprehensive program at PSA where athletes are grouped based on position and train skills, strength and conditioning, and mental performance.
