As a Be Fit Member you do have access to our FREE community offerings:

Yoga Under the Trees- We pretty much live in one of the most beautiful places on earth so let’s make the most of it!  A series of yoga sessions in our beautiful open spaces around the Bay Area.  This is an opportunity to be in community and experience mindful movement.  If you don’t consider yourself a yogi or perhaps you love intense hot yoga….well you are in the right place- come for the messages and enjoy the fresh air while laying on your mat or try some poses and develop strength and balance in a beautiful setting.  ALL ARE WELCOME

Behavioral Fitness Parents Connect
Being a parent in today’s environment requires learning new skills and insights on how to connect and understand our youth in new ways.  This is an incredible offering to our Behavioral Fitness Community to join a morning coffee and ASK Me Anything with a Doctor of Behavioral Health, Addiction Medicine Expert, and an Emergency Nurse Leader.  Our community must come together in new ways and learn the more updated approaches to growing up in a world with new pressures, opportunities, rapidly growing technology, and so much more.

Walk With Us & Coffee Meet- Up
Living life better includes community.  We know that getting out and walking together can be one of the best ways to get in some movement, fresh air, conversation, and social wellbeing.  Come for the coffee!!  We have found that our Bay Area Coffee Culture is definitely a component to living life better.  We support buying local and have found some fantastic local coffee and tea shops to stop in and enjoy a beverage and support their business.  These local businesses have started to look forward to our awesome energy and patronage.  Together we walk. Together we talk. Together we are reminded that we have are building a life that we don’t need a vacation from.
