Membership for an individual student, must have proof of High School or College ID.
Gym visitation must be between the hours of 2pm and 5pm Mon through Friday and 7am to 1pm on Saturdays.  Full access to any registered events and access to club membership program discounts.

Includes open gym, guided workouts, and amenities during the membership hours, and classes scheduled ANYTIME.  Additional hours available by appointment only during school holidays.

Applicable for individuals age 15+

Club Orientation and Training Safety sessions are required for applicants under age 18 prior to full use of open gym ($150 separate additional charge); Not applicable for existing CoreForm360 clients

REGISTRATION WAIVER and MEMBER CONTRACT FOR ANY MINOR UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST BE SIGNED BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN

Standard Individual Club Membership rate is $320/month and renews monthly.  30 day written notice is required to cancel.
