TRAINING RULES
Please read the following rules carefully and sign below to acknowledge your understanding and agreement.

1.All new clients must be referred by a current or previous client or personally invited by BENX.

2.Training Package Details:
Standard Rate: $125 per session for 10 sessions, per client. Each session lasts one hour, with a maximum of 4 clients per session.
Package Details: 75% Special Discounted Rate for Brenton's Team
This brings the rate down to $32.00 per session, saving you $935 overall.
Full payment of $315 is due upfront to secure the package.

3 .Clients have 4 months to complete their package. Any unused sessions after this period may be forfeited unless an extension is granted due to physical inability to train.

4.No refunds will be issued. Recording or posting on social media is prohibited without prior approval from Ben.

5.Cancellations must be made by online, text or phone call and confirmed by BENX. A 24-hour notice is required, or the session will be deducted from your package.

6.Sessions are scheduled based on availability and can take place at a local gym, residence, outdoor park, or another preferred location.

7.A travel fee will apply if Ben needs to travel more than 20 miles round trip for training. This fee will be equivalent to half an hour’s session cost.

8.Clients earn 1 free hour of training for every paid referral to BENX.

9.Clients must renew their package when only 2 hours remain in the current package.
10. You may only buy one package at a time.
