Up to 16 sessions every 4 weeks.  In a nutshell, this is personal training in a group of no more than 4 people.  A custom program is made based on your lifestyle, goals, and assessments.  Choose from any of the Semi-Private Training times on our schedules.  Typically sessions are used 4x/weeks.
