This program is suited for athletes in 5th and 6th grade. In this program we will enable your child to begin their training education in a safe, fun, and encouraging setting that is directed by qualified professionals. This training program will encourage and empower your child to want to become stronger while educating them on the basics and fundamentals of proper weight training.
