A one-year contract with a one-time charge of $2,000. Membership is set to auto-renew, but this can be changed this manually in your profile, under “passes and memberships” section. Late fees apply. You must keep a current credit card on file. Membership can be put on hold for up to 3 months. If you terminate the contract before the end of the one-year period, you must provide notice by emailing orange@neaumixfit.com and pay a $200 cancellation fee. Membership is set to auto-renew. Grip Pilates socks are required, with no exceptions.

Studio Policies:

12-Hour Cancellation Policy: All packages and memberships include a 12-hour cancellation policy. Cancel your class at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a $15 fee.

10-Minute Grace Period: We offer a 10-minute grace period for our classes. Please arrive on time as we cannot accommodate late arrivals. This ensures everyone gets a proper warm-up and avoids disruptions. Thank you for understanding!

GrippyPilates socks are required for our classes to ensure your safety. We do not provide socks for borrowing, but they’re available for purchase at the studio. Your safety is our top priority!

Waitlist Policy: Join the waitlist to get a spot if there are cancellations. If a spot opens up within 12 hours before the class, you’ll be added automatically. For example, for a 5:30 PM class, a spot must open up by 5:30 AM. You can manually add yourself if there’s an available spot after the 12-hour mark.
