Class Pack Members
- Late cancelation (cancel online less than 12 hrs prior to class time) or no-show: Loss of session AND $15 fee charged to the credit card on file

Studio Policies:

12-Hour Cancellation Policy: All packages and memberships include a 12-hour cancellation policy. Cancel your class at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a $15 fee.

10-Minute Grace Period: We offer a 10-minute grace period for our classes. Please arrive on time as we cannot accommodate late arrivals. This ensures everyone gets a proper warm-up and avoids disruptions. Thank you for understanding!

GrippyPilates socks are required for our classes to ensure your safety. We do not provide socks for borrowing, but they’re available for purchase at the studio. Your safety is our top priority!

Waitlist Policy: Join the waitlist to get a spot if there are cancellations. If a spot opens up within 12 hours before the class, you’ll be added automatically. For example, for a 5:30 PM class, a spot must open up by 5:30 AM. You can manually add yourself if there’s an available spot after the 12-hour mark.
